Look back: Workshop “Building Excellence” with Qserve

Last Tuesday, Briskr hosted the interactive workshop “Building Excellence: A Practical Guide to QA Systems for MedTech Startups”, in collaboration with Qserve Group. A group of enthusiastic MedTech entrepreneurs gathered to explore the ins and outs of implementing a Quality Management System (QMS) — a crucial step on the road to market success.

QA expert Robert Paassen, Consultant and Startup Lead at Qserve, shared practical guidance on when to start building your QMS, what procedures and records are essential from the get-go, and how to make smart choices when prioritizing processes. He also highlighted how regulatory requirements, when approached strategically, can become drivers of quality and efficiency rather than just obligations.

The session offered valuable insights into the benefits of using an electronic QMS (eQMS) and how a well-designed system can boost both compliance and product quality. The interactive format encouraged open discussion, and participants walked away with clear, actionable steps tailored to the challenges of early-stage MedTech companies.
