Tax Opportunities for start- and scale-ups
Prepare yourself for the future by setting up your business structures smartly! That way you are more flexible and can adapt to the market. And you can mitigate risks and take advantage of opportunities that come along.
Have you ever wondered if an investor wants to participate, will they participate in all your business or a part? And if you are short of hands, will you hire salaried staff or will you work with freelancers? What is sold in an exit and what are the tax implications?
Bernard de Vree, Manager Tax Advisor at BDO, will be happy to tell you the ins and outs of the pros and cons of the various business structures.
In addition, Bernard will take you through the smart set-up of your company to gain more tax benefits, for example from the innovation box. Furthermore, Bernard will discuss how to get a grip on complex issues with conflicting interests. A great tool for this is the Innovation Control Framework developed by BDO.
