4impact capital, Oost NL and the AI-hub East-Netherlands are inviting a select group of 10 ambitious tech founders for a transformational experience with Maarten Tjallingii, leadership coach and trainer and former professional cyclist with Jumbo-Visma and Rabobank Cycling Team. Having competed at the highest levels, including the Tour de France, Maarten understands the power of mental resilience, endurance, and unlocking peak performance. These skills are also important being an entrepreneur and when building a company. Whether you are securing funding, scaling operations, or leading a growing team, the right mindset can be the key to long-term success.
\n\n\n\nJoining Maarten are two seasoned entrepreneurs who have built and scaled successful companies. Bart Manuel, founder of Dept.com, grew a top Dutch digital agency into a global powerhouse with 4,000 experts across 20 countries. Victor Straatman, Partner at 4impact capital, is a serial entrepreneur with deep experience in digital tech and scaling impact-driven ventures. Together, they will discuss how the mindset of elite athletes applies to building and growing successful companies.
\n\n\n\nWe will start the day with lunch, giving everyone the chance to connect and exchange ideas in an informal setting. After that, Maarten will share his journey of becoming a top athlete and the powerful lessons he learned about breaking mental and physical barriers. Then, we will take that mindset into action. Together, we will step outside, get active, and experience what it means to stay focused and push through challenges during a mountain biking clinic.
\n\n\n\nAfter the ride, you can exchange perspectives with other successful entrepreneurs who have applied the same mental frameworks to build multi-million-dollar companies.
\n\n\n\nThis is not a typical event. It is a hands-on experience designed for tech founders who are actively building their companies and looking for ways to sharpen their leadership skills and deal with uncertainty. If you are leading a startup and serious about growth, this experience is for you.
