Dit is een belangrijke ontwikkeling. Als octrooihouder van een of meer Europese octrooien (EP bundeloctrooi) moet u voor de start een aantal beslissingen nemen. Ook biedt het unitair octrooi kansen voor uw toekomstige octrooibescherming.
